Questo vino nasce dal desiderio di continuare l'antica tradizione toscana.
Il mosto donato dai grappoli appassiti per circa tre mesi nelle nostre soffitte
riposa per minimo tre anni in piccoli caratelli di rovere, fino a divenire un vino santo di nome e di fatto.

Vin Santo del Bianco Pisano di San Torpè D.O.C Dessert sweet wine Produced whit Tuscany Trebbiano and St. Colombano, carefully selectec and left to dry for about 4 months. After pressing it ages for 3 years in oak barrels and after a few months in bottle. It has an amber color and a unique scent of dried fruit and honey, taste sweet, warm and persistent. It goes well with dessert, Tuscany biscuits and chees.
